Our Team

Michael R. Di Bianco, CPA is a native of Jersey City, New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in accounting from Rutgers University and became certified in 1993. He currently resides in Bridgewater, New Jersey with his wife, Lauri and 2 children, Chazz and Alex and father in-law Dominick.

Michael’s career has spanned over 30 years during which time he has focused entirely on the same services he currently provides. He began his career with small public accounting firms. In 1998 he began his practice as a sole practitioner. In 2001 he merged his practice with Accounting Alternatives. The combination expanded the services each could offer. The practice specializes in services that individuals and small businesses need, but are often overlooked by many other firms.

Mike has worked closely with retail businesses, manufacturers, professionals, contractors, nonprofits, and others. His areas of expertise are business consulting and tax minimization. He is known for thoroughness and attentiveness.

Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Somerset County Business Partnership and is an advisor for their Small Business Advisory Service.

CPA’s are required to meet stringent standards of continuing education and reporting compliance. Mike continuously hones his skills by educating himself in the latest professional, technological, and regulatory developments.

Many CPA’s have diluted the value of their services by offering other services such as financial planning and insurance services. Mike has remained focused on his strengths while utilizing other professionals to deliver peripheral services. As a result of this team approach, clients enjoy superior professional service.

Janet has been with the company since 2001.  She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor, and a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.   She provides bookkeeping services to clients both in our office and at client locations.  She is quick to identify what needs to be done and delivers results expertly and efficiently.  She is also an experienced tax preparer.

Lisa has been with the company since 2005.  She is our most multi-dimensional team member as she is greatly involved in many aspects of operations including taking incoming calls, greeting walk-ins, client support, office management, typing all outgoing correspondence, tax return data intake, tax preparation, and bookkeeping.  Other than that, she doesn’t do much!

Matt provides QuickBooks consulting services including troubleshooting, workflow design and training.  He has provided services to us since 2009.

Cindy provides as needed support in the areas of office administration, bookkeeping and client support. She’s been with us since 2009.

Jim is the newest member of our team. He is a tax professional with many years of experience. He also brings insights from his time in corporate world.
